With one-on-one product support from your MyNovocure team, you have 24/7 help from the day you’re prescribed treatment. Whether you want to reorder supplies, need help with your device, or are looking for information about treatment, MyNovocure is by your side, every step of the way.

How can Device Support Specialists (DSS) help?
A Device Support Specialist (DSS) will provide in-person support to get you started. They will work with you to schedule a start appointment. At this start visit, your DSS will:
- Deliver Optune Gio and the supplies you need
- Demonstrate how to use the device, supplies, and accessories
Your DSS will provide support throughout treatment either in person or by phone and will contact you to:
- Review your time on Optune Gio each month
- Check in on your experience
- Offer tips and resources
